Forebidden Areas of Interest

SaVoir permits to define forbidden Areas of Interest over which sensor planning is banned.

The following example show a coverage of Spain mainland and its territorial waters with Cosmo-Skymed HIMAGE descending passes. By setting mainland Spain "forbidden" SaVoir will make sure that planning will be banned over that area

Setting AOIs as forbidden can be done

• via pop-up menus in the Areas Scenario Tree,
• directly on the map by right click pop up menu over the AOI,
• in the properties constraints pane, or
• via the AOI wizard constraints page.

Forbidden AOIs will be shown in the map with a red border.

Disengaged AOIs will be now shown with green border.
