Daily-based priorities

The following parameters can be configured

• Daily-based priorities: The Optimization algorithm will select candidate swaths on a priority basis by sorting all swaths according to their priority number. Each swath is assigned a priority number which is the minimum priority value of the Satellite, Sensor and AOI priorities. The lower the priority value the higher the priority. With "Daily-based priorities" the priority sorting will be done avoiding that a valid swath is overruled by another higher priority swath of a later day. Default: true.
