New features
1	Upgraded the Duration Constraint to accommodate a new parameter "Max Frames" which allows to limit the number of frames (or scenes) per acquisition. This can be applied to a sensor or to an AOI.
2	Added new menu option "Help / Remove license ..." which allows to remove the SaVoir license directly from the user interface. This is an alternative to the other method of starting SaVoir with the Ctrl key pressed which still remains available.

1	Fixed Fore / Aft angle handling in Sensor wizard
2	Fixed crash when pressing "Prevent editing properties" button on the products details pane.
3	Engage and forbidden properties of regions are now propagated to AOI parent folders or multi-part containers.
4	Logging of TLE download is now systematic. Before the TLE log window was shown only when triggering the update after program start. Now the log is shown in all cases, also when TLE update is triggered explicitly via menu
