Sun glint qualify

When generating swaths SaVoir will estimate the sun glint normalized reflectance by taking one sample at the centroid of the intersection between swath and area of interest, and will qualify the swath accordingly. The value can be visualized by clicking on the swath and selecting "Details". Then navigate to the swath performance pane. The Gantt and Report views provide also sun glint value display.

The sun glint will be calculated with or without a land mask, according to the option selected in Edit / Properties / Swaths / Sun glint.

When MARINE ONLY is selected, sun glint estimation over land areas will be zero.

The user may want to estimate sun glint also over land areas, for example where there is large concentration of lakes (e.g. Canada, Norway, etc)
